I saw that post by you and thank you for it -

If you believe I was being "heavy handed" it is too bad - I have been teaching for 38 years and there are always pple who feel it is not their job to crack a book or to take a test. I've even had students try to force me to certify them because they showed up for class - Theses "Einsteins" have to be guided to the cols reality of life. I suggested what "The Boss", dRD has posted in the front of each forum although I did it in a much, much nicer way. In one case I guided the Newbie to locate his answers, at the same time, I answered his question to boot but he was too stupid to see the answer so I was rewarded by name-calling and verbal abuse.

I would suggest that you re-read the posts you're so upset about and if you still have questions, PM me with the links and I'll discuss my posts with you -
