Good, effective communication must start with a common basis of vocabulary and syntax. If you're going to use emoji's in an attempt to communicate your thoughts, emotions and experiences you MUST have a standard set. Just because they're similar doesn't mean they're "ripped off". Of course, using controversial and accusatory statements in an article title often gets more readers. Even those who believe they might have become click-bait victims...
