New member here, sorry if this is a repear topic....
I have an Athlon 2200XP processor on a Gigabyte motherboard, 256DDR 400 RAM, 64mb Gforce graphics, Samsung 80Gb hard disk, running Win XP Pro.
Everthing has been working just fine, until I added a new Pioneer DVD burner, Roxio Videowave 7 pro, and DVD Shrink. The computer seems to now have a mind of its own! It shuts down at random times - sometimes when using Videowave, other times when doing noting relating to the above softwares, for example when opening Outlook Express!? Is it possible that it could be DVD Shrink or Videowave causing the shutdown? I have read that Roxio products may conflict but would my symptons be typical of this? PC is up to date with security and antivirus and all XP updates etc etc.
