Just thought I would double check, under the Audio menu do I leave them all checked?, or do I only pick the ones I need?, The reason Im asking is because Im only getting sound out of one channel on my home stereo, but I get sound out of both speakers on the computer?

You have a problem w/ your home system if the dvd audio is ok on your pc. All you really need to check in shrink is AC3 5.1. Even if you don't have a dolby 5.1 reciever, it will play back in std stereo w/ no problems.
