No previews with DVD Shrink 3.2

I have both DVD Shrink 3.0 and 3.2 on my computer. The reason being that the 3.2 version will not give me previews when analysing any DVDs but the 3.0 version works perfect.

I had re-install 3.2 and still gets no previews. Any help would be appreciated.

select system default renderer under direct x video renderer .

Also make sure you have the latest DirectX ver 9.0c installed.
