@CPK2006, To my knowledge, the HD receivers have not been released yet. There was talk of a Pansat model before the last shut down in JUNE that Blacklist was testing. That was the last I heard of it because of the big problems we had for 3 months. I'm not sure if they still plan on a release or not. Many people are afraid that FTA will be shut down for good and don't want to put out the extra money for a HD receiver. Pansat just released a new 2800 receiver but its not HD.

I did a quick search on several forums for your problem with no results. Check your antenna setup and make sure the DP LNB setting is selected. If its wrong that could be the problem. There is also a new bin 367 now out for a better auto roll. Maybe that bin will correct your audio problem. Make sure your audio settings are correct in the setup also and not muted by mistake.

Factory bin should put it back as when purchased.

Jerry,
Have you heard how the autoroll fix bin 365 is working. I havent seen any posts about it. I havent used it because wasnt sure if it would spoil everything that is already working. If 365 is working fine do we have to update with 367 also or ignore it.
Thanks

You know the old saying about if its not broke--don't fix it. The lastest bin is 367. My guess is there were a few bugs in bin 365 and that the reason for 367. But if you are up and running with no problems then keep your receiver as is for now. I always download the latest file for my receiver so that I have it but don't install it unless I really need to. Just my way of doing things.

I am not getting anything with the new keys that got updated as of yesterday. Are you having any of those problems, Do I have to put the new 356 bin file because I am still on the 355 bin. Let me know if you know anything.

Hey Jerry
My father in law gave me his Dish pro 301 to program for him. It has a card and the serial cable plugs into the card. Where can I find information on programming his card?
Thanks

On a 301 is it a x-sub, if not you will have to edit eeprom, is your card unlocked, what rev is your card, you'll need a unlocker/ ISO programmer where do you want to start, also you need to j-tag your IRD, , I would recommend buying a older unit that all ready has a jtag slot in the bottom of the IRD, 2700/2800, 3700/3900 .
let me know ifyou need help !

Ok where do I want to start? Well I know my Pansat 3500 very well and know nothing about the Dish pro 301.
Where do I find the information that you are talking about? Do I plug it into my computer and look for that stuff?
My Pansat is my first Sat receiver so I am still a newbie
Thanks

nOT MINE BUT IT WILL HELP YOU OUT
By Hack_kids
Writen 01/15/2006
I have been approached by people and have also noticed that there is no complete rom 102 guide out there that is current. Only out to date or incomplete ones so here is my attempt to make a ROm102 How to comeplete with everything you need to know from glitching to programming.
Ok first of all what you will need
A Jtagable IRD
ROm 102 Card (Dish or Bev)
ISO Programmer with 3.68 xtal
Modded Loader
Now download Winexplorer v5.0. You will also need the script control plugin. Once that is all done you can run the ROm 102 Popper included with this How-To. Flash your loader with newd13 and have DIP 1 and 2 ON and rest OFF (For programming mode) for flashing you must have 1 and 5 on and the switch to the program posistion if you have a switch. Once it is flashed have switch 1 and 2 on and run the xvb. it will begin glitching the card. You must tweak the pot until you get a good response like -+-+--+-+-+--+-+--+-=-NoRsp-+- it will eventually pop. Once the card is popped (the program will tell you) is where this how to splits into two sections.
Option 1
The card was a Sub or Ex sub for the ird you are planning on using. Meaning it has its IRD info including Boxkeys and RSA and DT08 already generated (NOT VIRGIN)
Option 2
The card is not the original card for the receiver or it is virgin and doesnt have a dt08.
Ok first i'm going to explain how to program a card that is married to the ird you are planning on using and has rsa boxkeys ird and dt08 all on it.
Ok read the card in N2Edit Beta 7. Once it is read save the image of the card. Next download DT TierWorks (current version 15.2). Once the program is downloaded and unzip launch the program. First click Wipe STD Tiers from bin and choose the dump of your 102. Once you have wiped the bin select all the tiers you want and locals and set timezone and zip. leave exp and key and ird info buttons alone. Now click Create PPV Tiers. Select Wipe PPV Tiers and choose the same bin you wiped the tiers from. Next generate two ppv strings the first one (as of the date of this how to) should be a lo id of about 651xx so like 65124 and a hi id of 798xx so like 79854. Now click Generate PPV string and clock ok on the pop up box. Now make another string by plugging in 90000 for lo and 99999 for hi and clicking generate again. Click Ok then click done. Next click the remap button and chose your local remap. Now Doubble check everything then if everything is ok click Patch>bin and choose your bin. Now the bin is prepared now you need to download a blocker. I recomend V22 of Penga's Rom102 with backdoor password blocker. Download it and open the txt file. Change the backdoor password to something of your choice. Charicters can be A - F and 0 - 9 and is 16 charicters long (8 bytes) once that is edited highlight everything and right click and click copy. Now in N2Edit 7 open up your newly patched bin. once the bin is opened click Tools and Apply patch. Paste what you copied from the txt file into the window click apply patch. It should apply it successfully. Once that is complete click Card>Write to card. Once the card is writen put it in the ird it was married to and watch tv.
Option 1 (vIRGIN or card not married to ird)
Ok you MUST have a jtaggable ird to do this. OK since you dont have a Dt08 the easiest way to get your rom102 up and running is downloading a public fix like mine which has a dt08 and everything and modding your tsop with the rid # and bk from that bin and applying the bin to card and watching tv. but what if you want to edit this bin to your likings. Let me explain how to do this.
Ok download the 3m of your choice. once unzipped download DT Tierworks (current version v15.2) once the program is unzipped launch it. Once you have DT Tierworks running the first thing you should do is click Wipe STD Tiers. Once the tiers are wiped select all the tiers you want. Once you have doubble checked the tiers are correct click Generate PPV String. Once the new box appears wipe ppv strings then generate two strings one with a lo of about 651xx and a hi id of 785xx once that string is generated generate a secend string with a lo id of 90000 and a hi id of 99999. Once that string is generated click Done. Now click the Remap button and choose your local remap. Leave IRD info exp dates and key buttons alone. Next click Patch>bin and patch your bin that you downloaded. Now all thats left to do is download a blocker (i recomend penga's v22 blocker with backdoor password. Once you have downloaded the blocker open the txt file and edit the backdoor password to your liking. charicters can be A - F and 0 - 9 and must be 16 digits long (8 Bytes). Once you have edited the backdoor password highlight everything and right click and hit copy. Now open N2Edit 7 and open the bin that you patched with your tiers earlyer. Once you have it open click Tools and Apply Patch. A window will open, paste what you copyed earlyer into that window and click apply patch. it should say patch applyed successfully. Now click Card and Write to card. Once the card is writen to make sure your ird has the ird # and bks that were in the file you downloaded (usually specifiyed in a readme or post) then hook up your ird pop in your card and watch tv.
I hope this readme has given you a better understanding of how to program your 102 card.
Thanks and good luck!

If I remember reading this right, DN is playing with special encryption packets that they can use on any channel they want to. I think this is what you are running into but not completely sure. I'll try to research it when I have time and see if I have my information correction.

3.Receiver should be on with menu screen displayed
4.double click loader

6.Remove cable when completed
For me, it kept rolling, so I had to input new keys.

My guess is the Keymaster site is down from excessive log on or usage. Several FTA sites are either down or extremely slow also. This last little hit from DN is making everyone go crazy. Basically its just a key change but they messed with the auto roll again needing a new bin file.
