Emule Servers Disconnects Me Every 5 Minutes ... Why?

Hey There Crew,
I'm completely baffled as to why I keep getting disconnected from servers every few minutes. I have read many guides and forums over and over to no avail. I'm sure I'm being just plain dull.

Right anywayz... Heres the problem:

I start up emule 0.44b on my Windows XP 2600 and start to upload fine. It goes all the way to the limit. But 2 minutes later the upload decreases and I get disconnected from the server.

It's now been on for over a week and all it does is disconnect then reconnect? disconnect then reconnect.. well you get the picture.

Downloads, well? I'm lucky to get 2kB/s. But this also decreases along with the upload.

I am on an ADSL 512 - 256 Bulldog connection behind a SMC Barricade router which I have configured the NAT Rule accordingly for TCP and UDP.

I am sharing 133 files 600Mb on average

After going to ADSLguide for an accurate bandwidth test I configured the connection as follows:



I even tried changing the ports to TCP?1562 and UDP-1574 but that made it worse, so I returned to the default.

O and before you ask, I do have a HighID

I have taken a snippet from my log as I'm sure you don't want the whole thing (The Client ID is taken out here but is a 10 digit number)
