1) You will never be able to register the product, because it is registered to your brother already

2) Your a little confused on what your trying to do. You are not trying to register. You are trying to activate the product
Quote:

Again, you are trying to activate. And no, there is no patch. There are keygens, which are illegal. And, cannot be discussed here on Afterdawn or dvdxcopy.afterdawn.com

No. And if there is a way, it cannot be discussed.

All future XCopy questions are to be posted here: http://dvdxcopy.afterdawn.com

Do yourself a favor and get the free stuff (Shrink and Decrypter).

Yes, get Shrink & Decrypter, invest a little time mastering them and you won`t need anything else unless your quality demands reach extreme levels. As for the keygens being illegal - they`re not but using them is illegal.

If his requirements were such then he would be extremely unhappy with XCopy as the following are better by far --

As for doing it the FREEware way - help is about the middle of the page -

Removed ... ya happy? have been reading alot of scuba pete and others stuff...have 3.2 shrink and nero 6....crap....nero is like aol...it invades your computer and registry...will investigate some others i have read here but shrink does not decrypt and having to combine programs is aggravating and not for the beginner...what i tell you here is an easy way to make good movie copies without alot of hassle and not having to do a clean install when you want to get rid of certail programs....cannot get around registration...however; when you download files save first to desktop...trans to my documents and install from the desktop...this gives you a good back up of the executable files...you lose vital info when you install...this is why as you read so many are having trouble transferring programs for an old to a new pc...have fun and learn all you can...god bless

bearock2 dvd shrink and nero 6 are not crap . what you are posting is illegal and it is outdated crap that a boat load of people have trouble with . also x copy is no longer updated so it will not beable to backup the latest dvds . your post isnt helpful to this topic and i dont suspect you will be here long with posts like that .

What a pointless statement. If people are going to find keygens they are going to use them.

bearock2,

You have demonstrated that in one short paragraph, your stupidity know no bounds -
Quote:
Also Removed ...
You begin by linking to "cracks/Key gens" against our forum rules -
Quote:
have been reading alot of scuba pete and others stuff...have 3.2 shrink and Nero 6....crap....
You demonstrated you cannot read as Nero is without a doubt the best dollar for dollar best set of proggys you can get on the Internet dealing with the backup and editing for DVD Video, MP3 music, Photo slide-shows, transcoding for anything from AVI's to VHS to DVD and many more AND when used with DVD Shrink requires no meddling what-so-ever. AFA DVD Shrink, without any thinking what-so-ever, it's easier than most 1-click proggys with the ability to edit and to improve the quality of compressed files better than the majority of proggys offered anywhere. (For ease it beats XCopy with only 3-clicks to backup a DVD from start to burned finish to XCopy's 4-clicks.)
Quote:

Yet again, DVD Shrink does in fact decrypt and it does it quite well too boot and as stated above - Shrink is far easier that most 1-click proggys and so easy, most Newbies without any knowledge, understanding OR money can do a perfect backup their first time out.

You also fail to mention that DVD XCopy is the only program that many pple have to configure their entire PC in order to run it, witness XCopy's Black List - http://dvdxcopy.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/119115

I must say, when you decide to show pple your "Stupid" side, you go all out - "What a Guy !"

I have a parting question for you -

Have you ever figured out what musical tune a bullet makes when it goes down the barrel of a gun ?

HINT: You have to place the barrel right in your ear so that you have the best chance to hear the "tune" in all it's harmony when you pull the trigger -

Cheers there "Bright one" -

dlc2000,

it wasn't your statement. Yordan made the statement about keygens not being illegal, but using them is.

You can still activate DVDXCOPY at the international web site. Below is the link to support page.

www.dvdxcopy-international.com/cgi-bin/ttx.cgi?cmd=newticket

If that doesn't work, try

www.dvdxcopy-international.com

and look for the support/activation links.

dlc2000,

I was about to mention that Flip didn't say anything at all to you -

As to why bearock2 wasn't out & out banned for his post, I can only surmise that it was because of our post that he wasn't. My guess would be - should he try that again, he'll be gone as fast as Yordan.

Then again, no one knows what goes on in the eyes of a Mod -

I guess the thing that baffels me the most is that bearock2's post has been allowed to remain in tact. A guide for all who have never stolen a program. They now have a location and complete instructions to gather all the proggys they can. I would have thought that they would have edited his post and mine, removing the instructions and the URL - BUT again, it could be a change in policy. Permitting everyone to have at least one post detailing the best manner to download DVD's not yet released, proggys, key gens and/ cracks but just not permitting on-going conversations about them. Again, after seeing this post untouched, who knows ?

Maybe we were out on line (?)

Cheers my Friend and, as they say, "Burn on . . . "

Pete :)
