why cant dvd shrink find the video t_s file sometimes

sometimes when i try to open the disk it says there has been an error and it cant find the video t_s file.
Why is this and how can i fix it?

Are you using Shrink alone or with DVD Decrypter.If your using Shrink alone try Decrypter to open the disc.

it worked in decryper fine, just the game pauses for short moments sometimes and says its having trouble reading the disc
