Post title says it all....any suggestions what to try from here? This is the first time I've ever had a disc not rip using these programs.

What error are you getting when you use decrypter?

if this is an error when it starts to burn it might be bad media. But I need more infoon the prob.

Well after trying to watch the DVD it is freezing up at a certain point in chapter 2. I think I have a bad DVD disc here, with any luck they will replace it....

Yea I would try that because any scratch will show up when you try to burn I always clean mine before backing them up just in case, no since wasting a dvd r. But if they don't maybe we can find a way to edit it.
