Yeah it will fix most issues in flaws of games but it may also create new and other flaws.. .

who knows they would never be a perfect system it has to at least have a few flaws like i said thats what makes it good

so crash detection is kinda like when you use your knife in re1 for gc and your to close to the wall your hand bounces back after hittin the wall?

Collesion detection means afew things one thing is like if you holding a knife and it goes through a door that means it has bad collision detection. Another type for instance a wrestiling game is were your holding a guy but your hands arent touching the guy but yet he is still being held.

Or if they maybe changed it so you can change to POV a bit so it becomes a more workable format, it would be ok.
I thought it was a nice change, but it seemed to make the gameplay a little slower. A view option would be good

Yeah I think somewhere in this thread we were saying that a "view-option" choice would be a good idea like tth re 4 style view, over the head view and fps veiw to choose from would be cool.

Collision detection is what happens when something hits something else. This could be as small as a bullet hitting a finger or raindrop a falling on a leaf. Or it can be as large as a human body or even a huge asteroid smacking a planet. When, where, how, why, and what colides is derived from real physics calculations. The better the collision detection, the more things you'll find that react to eachother in a realistic way.
So, yes, if it does hit the wall than it has good collision detection. Even better if the knife leaves a mark on the wall. Even better if each mark is unique based off the velocity and weight of the knife at the moment of collision. Even better if the knife begins to dull with constant usage.

Yeah I noticed on a few games if you shoot a wall it will show a bullet mark but then it will stay for a few seconds then disapear...

in 3 they sometimes stayed and sometimes just disappeared mgs 1+2 just disappeared
