Noob calling,

I have read many threads on this subject and still unable to match my problem..

I have a zoom dsl modem communicating at 1.1mb, this is the only pc in the house therefore no router i guess. I have downloaded torrents from various sites and constantly get yellow smiley faces indicating Nat error and a download speed on average of about 5-6KB/s sec. Uploading on ave 25KB/s set on unlimited, I normally set this at 9. I have WNxp firewall checked and forwarded port 6881 TCP. I only did this 2nite to try and solve problem. Is this as good as it's gonna get for me or is there a solution to this problem????
