Burning DVD won't work with nero OR dvd shrink

Hey,
I made a backup of the files of a dvd of mine, and have all the Video_TS files. I've backed-up most of my dvd's in the past week, but I haven't been able to get this one to burn. When I try to make a dvd video compilation with Nero, i drag the video_ts files into the folder as youre supposed to, and then hit burn. As soon as i press burn, I get an error saying "DVD-Video files reallocation failed. The resulting DVD-Video might be unplayable. Do you want to continue?" So when I click no i get an error saying that the reallocation failed. The log is as follows:

If I click yes, it says that a non-critical error has occured and may result in a defective write. So i cancelled.

Next, I tried burning with dvd shrink. I opened the video_ts folder and got an error saying "DVD Shrink has encountered an error and cannot continue. Invalid data in the file "C:\...\VIDEO_TS\VTS_01_1.VOB"

So that didn't work either :( . I tried playing the vob file in Nero Showtime, and it works fine. So is there anyone here that can help a dvd burning newbie? Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance!
