I have put Anchorman through Shrink but how can I burn it. I use nero most of the time.

If you have "enable burning with nero" in your shrink config, it should burn automatically when it has finished reading the disc. That is if you have a ROM/burner to read with & a second burner with media in it to burn with! Phew that was a long sentence.
In answer to your question though:
You should have a shrink folder in your HD (my docs I think) with the movie files in it. Open nero burning ROM, select find files to burn with, click & drag the files to nero, away you go.

Hi ive got a few problems burning off a burnt disc could you help me. and how do I drag to Nero, where in Nero ? thank.

Open up Nero burning rom, select dvd on click down menu on left. select source drive in burn options where your dvd is.
click on burn options, disable burning on the fly.
You should now see the copy button, hit it, away you go!
