Getting DVD shrink to work.

I just downloaded DVD Shrink, and am trying to get it to find movies I have in the my documents folder on my desktop. When I tell it to open that file I get a error message saying it can't find any Video_TS.IFO. Can anyone tell me wheat I am doing wrong.

How did you get the movie to your hard drive?Some more info would be helpful.System specs.and software running.Have you checked out DVD Decrypter?

Thanks wild77, I downloaded the movies from IMesh.com and put them on my desktop. I run Windows XP and I just downloaded DVD Decrypter and will try that.
