Another DVD Shrink error for a first time user

Hi, I am new to this forum and to DVD Shrink. I cannot get it to work. I downloaded the movie "Frequency" from Kazza, to shink it to fit on a DVD, I
1.click DVD shrink icon on my desktop
2. I click open flies
3. I click kazaa and I get the message "DVD shrink encountered an error and cannot continue. Failed to open File C:\ TS.IFO The system cannot find the specified file.

I dont know how to fix this, I really need to get around this and get my shrink working. Please tell me how to fix this as soon as possible.

What file format is the movie in that you donloaded off Kazaa?

I checked under its properties, it says its a winamp media file.

DVD Shrink wont open winamp files. You need to convert it to a DVD format. I have no idea what programs will do this, try going to DVD Authoring forum and posting in there how to change winamp file to DVD see if there is a way.
