okay when i downloaded shink from here, the posts were saying that it was slow and couuld be sped up by using decryptor.

when i open a movie using shrink(not decryptor)
heres what happens,
analysing disk-->(i choose compression, ect, then press backup)---->encodes movie(something to that effect)---> burns movie

it does that exact process when i use the decryptor method, id like to know if im doing something wrong, and if not, why is that considered faster?

I was of the opinion that they were similar in speed, both take about 15 to 20 minutes maximum to rip a disc for me, using the standard settings.
Burning with Decrypter, Nero and CopyToDVD all take around the same time to burn as well.
So I am happy with that.
