Just wondering. Kinda fishing for a new job too. I have an AAS in Computer and Electronics Engineering and right now I work at a semiconductor plant making photomask blanks in NY.

I think there are 3 other threads that ask the same thing but hey...what the hell :)
I have a masters degree in anti socialism and I am currently on my 10 year studying leggo semetrics, my favorite hobby is putting staples in staplers (I don't why, it just calms my nerves)
photomask blanks??? is that like a photo techician at wallgreens?
hey can I get my pictures in 30 min instead of an hour.

ddp's right. Photomask blanks are glass plates that get an image etched onto them with a laser, that image becomes a wafer in a chip. It's the most boring job I've ever had, I do basically nothing except surf the web all day (which is why you might have seen me all over the place here).

I'm about to start my old job again as a Valet. Big place, lots of benefits, the main one is tuition reimbursement. I'm going for Computer Science major or maybe network admin, I haven't really decided yet.

No need to worry. We don't make any of the important stuff like drivetrain or electronics. Mostly just exhaust systems and few body panels(internal like speaker panels not external like fenders).
