I think a smack in the head with a shovel is something that everyone needs every once in a while, some people need one on a regular basis. It's good for you, keeps you in line. Everyone needs a smack back into reality sometimes.

A head reduction benefits those without a brain, therefore no cleanup required. Just grab the head by the hair and sell on the black market to medical creeps. I think you can fetch a pretty good bit out of some 20/20 eyeballs...lol

If you do the head reduction while the patient is in a plastic covered room, you just pick up the plastic and you're all set. Don't forget to dump it in your neighbor's trash.

reminds me of a scene in one of the Lethal Weapon movies...maybe the second one...where that South African guy shoots another guy and drops him on the plastic in the lead guys' office. anyhoo, it was funny :)
