I have read all the answers posted but none seem to help me. I keep getting a message regarding a spideman video? All I want to do is successfully download the software..and be aable to cpy DVD's. I also have NERO installed. Help!

The exavt message reads...from the picture viewer...Could not get picture from file. Possibly not a picture file. The icon is on my desktop but i can't get into it other than the message stated above. Am I downloading it to the wrong place?

You can't install or start DVD Shrink.
