PROBLEMS WITH DVD CLONE / DVD SHRINK

I have been trying to burn with both programs and some have turned out fine (Patriot Games), etc. But, on the James Bond Collection DVDs, the screen will go blank (however, audio is there) several times during the film for a minute or so. Any ideas? Also, I am using DVD43FREE as my decoder. Any advice would be greatly appreciated? Can anyone suggest a one stop program that will decrypt, decode, backup, burn, etc. because I like to keep my menus, scene selections, etc. Basically, I like to make an exact duplicate of my DVDs for the car.
