You might want to edit out your Nero serial #1A23-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx. Somebody may steel it. The icon at the top right of your post in the orange bar.

Your Nero version 6.3.1.4
Current available Nero version 6.6.0.6.

I have never seen this before but it can not be good. It may be related to the following.
Quote:
=== Scsi-Device-Map ===
DiskPeripheral : SAMSUNG MP0804H atapi Port 0 ID 0 DMA: On
CdRomPeripheral : SAMSUNG CD-ROM SN-124 atapi Port 1 ID 0 DMA: Off
Your burner is not listed here? Check your Device Manager for the secondary IDE channel for the writer, right click on Properties, select the Advanced Settings tab. Check the DMA.

Problems will come from cheap media. I know nothing about this brand. You should run one thru DVD ID.
http://dvd.identifier.cdfreaks.com/

Check the firmware version on the burner. The latest is A115-2. Device Manger, select DVD/CD ROM drives, right click on Properties, select the Details tab. Look for A101,102,104, etc. A115-2 being the most up to date.

And last check your ASPI.

Bus Type : via Inquiry data (1) -> ATAPI, detected: ? <<<<<<<
Connected to MMC as unknown drive with class-nr : 1
Drive is autodetected - recorder class: Std. MMC recorder

=== Scsi-Device-Map ===
DiskPeripheral : SAMSUNG MP0804H atapi Port 0 ID 0 DMA: On
