I have not had this problem yet. i have had shrink for bout a month and a half and never had a problem that i cant shrink it enough. my harddrive is small because my big one crashed so i need to be able to go down to 3800mb from 3888mb or just how to reauthor and just have the movie. when i try and reauthor it-its still large and i dont know how to make it shrink. thanks.

edit>preferences>custom>3800
you can also customize your compression with compression settings on the main page of shrink,just enter custom,not automatic, and move the slider across to suit the size
