I got this message when i was tryng to encode the notebook. for some reason both the notebook and ray have given me this problem. anyone have any idea why? all this started after i tried making a copy of the grudge ever since dvd shrink has given me these problems.
Notebook,may or may not belike many other problematic encryptions: dvd shrinks needs help on removing the newer encryptions. I just backed it up yesterday using AnyDVD in the background,DVD Shrink main movie only, and Nero to burn. AnyDVD has been working great. I got that crc error on The Grudge.I had AnyDVD shut off. As soon as I turned it on,I had no trouble backing that one up.
Like sly_ said, crc usually means scratched,dirty,or just a plain bum disc. Clean it up and download the free 21 day trial of AnyDVD.
The newer encryptions are popping up and giving us those same crc errors so it is getting harder to tell if you got a damaged disc or the newer encryptions.AnyDVD will take care of the crc errors involved with that new encryption. Good Luck
