shrink decrypter backup problem HELP!

hi, i have been using dvd decrypter(new version) and dvd shrink 3.2 for over 9 months now and have successfully backed up over 100 dvds including problematic ones ie.resident evil:apocalypse. now i want to back up my copy of anaconda, but shrink wont even open the disc and comes up with: COPY PROTECTION ERROR_FAILED BECAUSE SECTOR IS ENCRYPTED. this has never happened before, tried using clonedvd with anydvd, but to no avail. this seems strange and i dont know whats wrong. PLEASE HELP!
