If You have never flashed a box before.
Go to the link for Eamo's Library at the bottom of this post.
Go to the replay folder.
Go to Documentation folder.
Download the flashing the replay box pdf.
It was written for the 752 software(now old) but the same process applies to the 910 file.
So just subsitute 910 for where you see 752.

The reason that you cannot clone 910 onto a box with 752 or 754 is because it is a different generation firmware. It is, in my opinion, highly unlikely that you will ever be able to clone the new platform onto the old platform as they have a completely different base code. If however your box currently has 906 beta on it, you can clone 910 from another box as they are the same platform firmware. Likewise in the future when a new update is required, once it is only an update to the 906/910 generation you will be able to clone it onto a box with 910 already on it.

Hi novice, brian, gman
My replay lite is still working perfectly since flashing it on friday, but every now and then it comes up NA Scrambled for about 5 seconds. I thought it was because the codes had changed, but on checking the N*L Dublin codes don't seem to have changed for days?
Any idea what they're up to?

Yeah, if they're reading this thread they must know that the upgrades are out, so maybe that's why they're not bothering any more.
I was just curious, cos the codes haven't changed since I flashed it, so I'm sure it will cope fine, but I just have this niggling doubt! I'm a bit of a jinx when it comes to tellys, computers and anything mechanical.

Thanks a million in advance.
after you source the latest key codes for your area do the following or get your self a null modem cable & download the files you need here you'll need the stb loader & the 910 firmware, download & read the manual also,.. once you load the 910 file to the reply lite it will auto update next time the codes change, if you can't be bothered just follow the steps below but I do recommend getting the cable & files mentioned above.
1. Menu
2. Installation
3. Parental Lock
4. Red Audio Button for Goto Key Manager
5. Choose the top option and turn OFF the auto update.
6. Press the Blue button to choose the NAGRA option
6. Three left arrows back take you to 'Prov ID 0x5B' which is TW 4 back is 'Prov ID 0X55' is Ntell and 0XC1 is ex C&W etc
7. One down arrow takes you to the 0x00 - i.e. Key 0. Press OK
8. Up pops the HEX Keyboard - just type in the new numbers - it puts the dots in for you. Do this for Key 01 as well.
9. Exit out -should be sorted.
