DVD X COPY is out of date, out of production and hasn't been updated in over one and a half years. Get good current programs such as DVD Decryptor and DVD Shrink (freeware) or AnyDVD and CloneDVD2 (retail). Other programs are also available but these are the ones I'm most familiar with.
