Another Ark in the bible that i stumbeled upon wa the ark of god's will(or something else, i do not really know how to translate it from russian to English)The Ark was surounded by seven priests with seven trumpets.They were going around some city for six days(I don't know how to name the city in English, but in russian it sounds something like that :Ierohon:?)On the seventh day they stoped and there was a spel on that city. Notice the presence of seven, seven prieasts with seven trumpets surrounding the ark, well aren't there seven halos, the ending movie shows that there are seven halos. Could halos be compared to trumpets and the monitors of halos(such as Guilty Spark and Penitent Tangent) compared to the priests? Anyway the end of the story in the bible is that on the seventh day the trumpets played and cause of the high sound the city crumbeled and everyone in there died. Accept one family, the family which alowed those prieasts to stay at their astate or somethin like that. Back to halo, could the family be compared to the human kind on earth, could the play of the trumpets be compered to the firing halos? Why did the Prophet of Mercy answears to Chief's question of where is Prophet of truth is going, by saying Earth, to finish what was started, and this time none of you will be left behind. Hmm and the plot thickence.

By the way those halo3 screenshots on google are false.
I think Halo3 is going to be most likely on xbox2. Also where did those doombugies go (four whiele motocycle looking human vehicles) and those different types of warthogs? By the way where are those Michanics covenant species that are in the first and therd halo books, one of them even had an honor of fixing Master Chief's armor, then it took a couple of bullets in the head by a marine(forgot his name) cause he thought that that creature would tell the basics of the spartan's armor tech to the covenant allies.

You know what, I think everyone should just wait for Halo 3. I know the post above me is VERY VERY convincing, but erlier today I was reading some posts about the Matrix story, and what the movie triology ment. Unfortunately the post was just after the second matrix came out, so they had no knowledge of the third (as I do now) and was like WOW YOU GUYS BLOW , but coudlnt post because the forum was archived :( ANYWASE i bet when Halo 3 comes out, we are ALL proved wrong. But hey, im not saying the theorys suck. 90% of em make complete sence for the game to go that way. anywase its fun making theorys so yeah...( im avoiding doing vector diagrams) but food for thought:
what if all this biblical simmilarities ( i spelt that wrong) and random crazy theorys about the game that are very deep and well thought out and make perfect sense with the story line were wrong? as in the game creators were liek "hey let's make a game! it can be a bout this cool dude with armor...THAT REGENERATES! and he's fighting this race of cooky aliens...and he enads up on some giant planet! wait no...ITS A BIG RIGN! like a freakin halo...INFACT WE CAN CALL IT HALO! anywase, and when he gets there he finds that it has these big ugly aliens on it...AND THE EVIL ALIENS FROM BEFORE so he has to fight both! and then he finds out..hmm...what can he find out? ITS A SUPER WEAOPN, LIKE A GIANT BAZOOKA! yeah! I RULE! more mountain dew for me! and then...*insert sensless babling of a complete story line*"
and everyone is like "are you serious, a group of teenagers (im guessing most people here are teenagers or in their twentys) made a more symbolic script then you guys?!" then bungie would be screwd! yay! wait..no!
ok, there goes 20 min. of procrastiating and avoiding VECTOR DIAGRAMS! (and molecular chemistry) w00t

Thats a nice idea frankfrut, but i dont think it happened that way, if you have watched the second DVD they say that they almost had the game completed about 6-7 months b4 nov 9, but nothing fit the storyline, if you example is correct, then they really wouldn't have care too much if the game didnt fit the story line. anybody post if you have any comments.

T-spartan is here again with another of my famous predictions on Halo 3
I think the forrunners are really humans but of a distant future. What if the ark and the seven halos came from the humans of the future thrown into the past do to being activated. In the distant future the human race is being infected by the flood so as a result they decided to activate the ark to wipe out the flood. But the activation caused the ark and the halos to be thrown through time in space into the past. But the flood wasnt completely wiped out only their food was since thats what halo is designed to do. But can the human race of the present be able to figure out how to take out the flood or will they suffer the same fate as their future desendents known as forrunners? Tune in next time for another prediction.

Once again i relate to the second disc of the limited edition halo 2. it says that the skript for halo 2 was only mad weeks before they started work on the game. So unless halo3 is already made, the actually story line for it is of yet undetermind.
And about that split screen, on my version it is split horizontially (1st player on top 2nd on bottom) however i have played my frieds version(not limited edition) and the screen was split vertically (1st left 2nd right).

My friend had an interesting theory... he reckons that Earth is The Ark because one of the profets says that they have come to finish what they have started. i don't know if this is proof or not but i thought i would mention it...

well seriously, it takes a long time to make a movie, just as long as a game. And if they are just now having a poll. That would mean it has not even been started. And i think that is just a guy who wants a movie, case i read and it said i dont have anything to d with bungie yadda yadda yadda, but there is a rumor about xbox 2 in Jan 5th 05, and halo 3 supposedly comes out in xbox 2. So if xbox 2 is not far away mabey halo 3 isnt either. you know with the Feb 9th thing.

I dont think that's true. How could professionals make such a massive mistake as making the game too big. Would'nt they know how much they could put into one game during the drawing board stage?

Earth is defenatly that Arc. Yes, the halo books relate to the storyline. At the last halo book "First Strike" Master Chief is getting back to Earth with some survivors from the first halo(installation 04) sargent Johnson survived cause he had some kind of deseas from being too close to plasma granades(Cortana says that some marines have that deseas, from being close to plasma granade explousions), flood could not take over his body cause of that deseas, and it left some flood DNA in Johnson's body. So it looks like Sargent Johnson has a cure for flood in his DNA. Also in that last book you can find out that some other Spartans survived, some were back on planet Reach and there is one girl Spartan(i think her name is Linda) was on Pillar of Autom. There is some type of thing that covenant were looking for on Reach, some cristal left by Foreruners, it could help in slipspace jumping, but one marine destroys it. Covenant fleet was fooled by Cortana(she was commanding one of the covenant ships, which chief helped her to capture) the whole covenant fleet surounded the ship in order to get that cristal, which was fake thing(cause one marine destroyed the real one) then ship had someexplosive bom on it and it blew, taking out some other covenant ships, then Chief makes it to Earth on a human ship from the rubels around Reach. At the end of this book there is a description of covenant's city High Cheraty, Tartarus tells the profets about the lost of that cristal relic, and the profet tells him to bring the incompetant one(which is the elite you play in halo2 in compaing, the Orbiter)the one who lost Ascendant Justice(name of the ship which was captured by chief and piloted by Cortana).

all right guys so I told you that halo3 is not the next project for microsoft but tha t it will be pariah(par-i-ah) they are starting on some new projects but at the moment I cant tell you what they are because I don't even know the other projects but I heard through the grapvine of microsoft that they will be put out another game kinda like prince of persia and if you want to know more just contact me

I guess Earth could be the Ark, but i don't know about that future stuff. I still think that humans are the decendants of the ForeRunners. The Covanant though, how did they know about the Rings to begin with? They had never actually seen one before the first game, yet their entire religion is based upon them.
