cant burn with shrink please help

HI, need some help, i have a sony dru510a dvd burner. i have download the latest firmware, I used to burn perfectly before. Now i have new media, and it doesnt want to burn it wont pass write lead out. I have gotten the media from meritline.com and it said it is compatible with my burner. So it doesnt want to burn, i have tried using shrink to nero, and also shrink to decrypter also, and still the same error comes on:

Since you say you burned fine before, but not with the new media, then it sounds like your burner does not like this media. Check out this site for your media quality, Unfortunately from your disk ID it looks like it is fourth class.

Try using another media, to ensure it is not your burner. You could also try cleaning your lense, by using can of compressed air.

VDSPMSAB media id is rubbish, try getting some quality ritek/verbatim/ty branded discs and see if they help

Like arniebear and deadcat stated,your media is crappola!
Remove the "NERO INCD PACKET" This can screw you up.Just uninstall that packet.
Also: Last address to be written: 2259567 (502:07.42, 4413MB)
Again,the poor quality of this media. Try reducing dvd shrink's backup target size:
Open up dvd shrink
Edit
Preferences
Click on dvd-5/ scroll till you get to custom/enter 4300 mbs
Click OK
Once you get some good media,then take that target back up to around 4360 mbs.
To try to get those discs to burn:
Reduce your target size,slow down the burn speed as low as you can go,and get rid of INCD packet.You may be able to get a few of them to burn.
If this don't work,get better media. Try a small 3 or 5 pack of maxell +4x. If that don't help,probably a bad drive.

You guys the best, oh can you guys give me a site where some cheap premium media to buy, just some 4x dvd+-r? Another thing which is better + or - r? Please let me know. Thanks hale93

If you have a local staple's or office depot,they have maxell's on sale. Under $20 for 50. Look those wrappers over good for "MADE IN JAPAN". These maxell +8x and -8x seem to be all made in japan-from what I have gotten a hold of.
Which format?
Every burner is different. My benq's highly favor the plus,but then I book-type them to dvd-rom and near perfect compatability on many pcs and stand alones.A few of those stand alones don't like my dash discs.
That's why maxell's are very good. Their 4 or 5 manufacturers like ty/hitachi/ricohjpn/ritek/and maxell. Not a single crappy manufacturer out of these. You don't have to worry as much when you switch to different quantities. I have registered these same codes in: 3/5/10/15/25/and 50 packs. Very good media to start with,until you get into the genuine ty's and verbatim's with metal azo dye.

If you have a Best Buy around you they have 25pack Verbatim on sale for 11.99. These are 16x so remember to slow down your write speed when burning.

These are the ones we try to stay away from. Must be memorex + discs.
Also uninstall Nero using nero's cleantool: Nero.com/us/Nero_6_Clean_Tool.html" class="korostus" target="_blank">http://ww2.Nero.com/us/Nero_6_Clean_Tool.html
Re-install it,leave out the INCD packet.
Slow down those memorex to 2.4x.
What's the manufacturer's code for those fuji dash discs? Those should be the best out of all the media you tried in this thread.
Your burner may be on it's way to pc heaven.

looks like it doesn't like your media. Try updating your firmware, that might do it.

Hi i have udated my firmware and tried to do it againg maybe it doesnt want my media please let me know, maybe 8x dvd-r by fuji doesnt work for sony dru510a burners, do i need to buy 4x speeds instead or what. Thanks and let me know

Try a small pack of maxell -4x media.
