Anybody order stuff on www.gamedevilonline.com? If you have, did they send the things you ordered? Im planning to buy that USBEXTREME elite package for 165....80gb hardrive with HDD enclosure and USB EXTREME. this is the best deal ive seen so far...i wanna get it off this site but it seems to good to be true, can anybody tell me if they have. and if its secure? thanx. c ya

try www.modchipstore.com for hdadvance for £20
try www.play.com for the ps2 network adapter for around £15
thats all u need for a harddrive in ps2

Yeah i know what you guys are going through. I had to contact paypal and have an investigation goin. After that he sent me an email with a tracking number posted for Next Day Saver with ups. That was on Aug. 9th. Today is the 12th and the lame ass still hasn't sent the package. If i have to when i get paid i will file a suit in small claims court. He does't know that i am a DoD (Department Of Defense) Civilian. I sent me my console to be modded with a DMS4 Pro for $95.90. Since after he sent me an email i canceled the investigation thinking that he WOULD ship my package. But now i have reopened it and paypal is really intrested in this guys as i am not the only one that he has frauded. If you guys have any question or would like to go in with me into small claims court just drop me a line at AIM S0e420. Heres his info:

i don't like putting down sites, but everyone i know that has ordered from gamedevilonline.com has not received there stuff and has been trying to email them and there emails have been ignored. i've heard terrible stuff about that place. i would recommend someplace else.

Thats why he is going to be sued. I have the paperwork being done and he should recieve his summons by next week, maybe Wed. or Thurs. Unlike Mike Grotton (owner of GDO) i dont lie.

your not the only one who is sueing. i never ordered from there so it isn't me. but i know of three guys from a different forum that is sueing him. it is unfortunate that afterdawn.com has his ad. on there site. but as long as he is paying to have it there, i guess that is what its all about

Expanding on my last post in order to become a moderator you have to have at least a couple thousand quality posts and know your stuff before being considered so I've done a whole lot of helping in my time. Lately my schedule only allows me enough time to get most of the policing taken care of and maybe a post or two that hasn't already been answered by one of the many, many fine members we have here :)

Ordered a premod Xbox with X3 on 8-6-05. Payment went through on same day. Sent numerious email still havnt recieved a response. After reading this forum u guys are starting to scare me thinking ive lost my $260.00

Fill out a report wtih the FBI www.fbi.gov. And look for IFCC (Internet Fraud Complaint Center). They work thru the FBI and I found they're helpful. Or you can sent him a Small Claims Summons.

Had originaly sent him an email stating that if i didnt get a response in 2 days i was going to Inform my bank to get my money back. Then i came here and read about him. Sent him another e-mail at 5:00. Telling him i wasnt going to wait 2 days. 4 min later im getting this
I found your order. 1 Xbox w/xecuter. Should be able to get
this done and out by Wednesday. I have a wicked backlog right now. Let

man, i'm sorry to say this but i would get it back and try another place that you hear recommended a lot on this forum. almost every forum i belong to has "hate" threads towards that place.

I am another victim.
I never received my premod ps2 that I ordered 2 months ago.
I email him everyday and nothing ever happens.
Just a bunch of empty promises.
What we should do is band together and file a big lawsuit against this crook?
Luckily, I made sure to send myself a copy of all the emails that I directly sent to him.

I got a question. I agree that its BS that someone would do this as I was scammed a couple years back on an xbox, but how can you sue someone you paid to do an illegal service for you such as mod your PS2 or xbox? Wont the courts just turn around and nail you for copyright infringements? I mean its technically illegal to open up the console and do any mods to it that arent factory so if you higher or pay someone else to do it, doesnt that make you an accessory or something? Just curious.

I read somewhere that it's easy to have Mastercard/VISA rescind payments made to fraudulent sellers. I'm going to contact my bank now and see what they tell me.
