If you cannot get your obsolete, out of date program working, stop back and we can get you set with an easy, superior and Free program that at least works as opposed to a product that hasn't been made for a year and 1/2.

@missy,
i used dvdxcopy express until i found this site. using shrink and decrypter are so much better, you can control more aspects and get perfect quality. Honeslty scrap the xcopy--i did and so should u. trust me youll be happier with the FREE programs from AD. in the end its your choice, but i had a hard time gettin rid of my xcopy as well, but had so many probs with it, just got tired of even tryin lol
