How do you set up DVD Rebuilder ??????

I need help setting up Rebuilder . I tried following the user guide but it seems outdated.

It's telling me to set things up I don't even see on the set up options.

All I've been able to do unzip it and download it on my pc.

Can anyone help out someone who's not to computer savy ???

I do know how to use DVD Decrypter & Shrink, but I want to find something that has better picture quality.
