My computer freezes using DVD shrink and Menue shrink

About 50% encoding using DVD shrink my computer freezes. I have also tried menue shrink and it also freezes my computer after a while. I have'nt burnt a DVD yet using shrink. I only burnt a few DVD's using DVD Decryter and DVD-DL media with is very expensive. I havent downloaded Fireware yet , what does that do?? Can anyone help me , How can I get my computer from stop freezing?

Sounds like it might be a heat issue. Try pulling the panel off and using a fan to get some cool air in there to see if it works. If it does then your system is definitely overheating.
