Hey, Is there a way to speed up encoding? Sometimes encoding takes as little as 30 mins. For the most part though, I've seen it take up to 2 hours just to encode. I know it will depend on length and compression, but does anyone have suggestions?

Thats just the way it is im afraid, depends on the format of the source

my computer used to take up to 5 hours with quality enhancements. That was a 600MHz CPU though.

If you want faster encodes, you might have to go with a different proggy. Check out CloneDVD 2, 21-day free trial. It gives you just as good if not better quality than Shrink and a helluva lot faster. You'll also need a decrypter running for that, such as AnyDVD (also 21-day free trial) or DVD Decrypter (free, great tool, get it now while you still can)
