My download of dvdshrink seems to have been successful until I try to use the program by double clicking on the icon. Instead of starting dvdshrink I get asked which program (eg acrobat) I want to use to open the file dvdshrink32setup1.zip and it doesnt matter which one I choose all I end up with is a whole lot of garbage in japanese or something. Someone??

maybe the shortcut icon on your desktop isint directed to the program. Just right cick on the icon and go to properties and see what the location is set to. Explore the directory and try and access the main program. try going to start then go to run and type this in C:\Program Files\DVD Shrink\DVD Shrink 3.2.exe

Try using WinZIP, and just click on the setup exe.
