well as the title susggestion this is goin to b an thread for aussies about anythin they want to bring up from comp probs to kangaroos sport etc...
feel free to post if ur not an aussie but have an question bout this topic or cant understand somethin bout downunder.

well ill answer ur quiestions in poin format
1. we have 5 free to air channels
SBS channel 1
ABC Channel 2
both these owned by govt
Channel 7
Channel 9
Channel 10
2. which form of rugby are we talkin bout
there is 2 forms theres
rugby union
which is wild cause it has laws and all but unlimited tackle count but u have to make ground sort of like grid iron.
and u got line outs all all
now for league
Rugby league
u have a 5 tackle limit then u either have to run or kcick
bassically u get a 4 point try and 2 for a coversion and u have to place the ball down its not like grid iron
3. Yes it is winter if u wanna call it that it keeps changing :)

Yes there is a big rivalry between NZ and Aus in all sports
2. Aussie rules is ok but nothin beats league i dont like AFL cause its the only sport in australia if u miss the goal u still get a point.
Its like if a team of handicap people are playin and we feel sorry for them.
(The above comment is made in humor and lightly i am a person with mild cerabal palsy soo im takin the micky out of me no offense too anyone else) :)
