How do I change my burning speed with Shrink and Nero?

When I had this problem with Nero Express, I placed an empty disc in the drive, and then selected More button, then cache tab, 'test all drive speeds' the writing speed, the drop-down box mentioned earlier became visable. Each New compilation requires these steps to be accomplished.

You could also just make an Image with DVD shrink, then use ImgToolBurn to burn your image to DVD.
