Yes, they reorder themselves alphabetically, but if you burn the iso, you will notice that it burns in the order you put them in. The first time burned Blood Rayne 2 I thought the same thing. But I decided to do it anyway to see if it would work, thats when I noticed that it was burning the files in the order I had put them.

dvd decrypter is the easiest to burn iso images of games just drag in the iso file and burn at low speed and it works everytime and the best thing is DVD Decrypter is freee !!!!

Its probably the DVD-R. I read in another thread that some games "need" decent media to get them to work. In that same thread they mention GTA: San Andreas as being one. When you say cheap, what brand are talking about?

Ok y'all - I downloaded an ISO fom a newsgroup and burned is using Toast on Mac OS X. No prob there, So this is to address those of you who have got it loaded on HD Loader already.

I loaded it up, and ripped it via HD Loader as usual, no prob. I was also getting frozen on the splash screen when tryiong to start... until:

I selected the game in HD Loader, pressed select on my gamepad, and enabled ONLY MODE 3. This solved my problem - works beautifully! Been playing through the game for afew days now. I sent an email to the HD Loader compatibility page but it doesn't look like he's updated it yet.

Hey,

I tried rebuilding the DVD but mine came out as 1.99GB ( i think sum1 else posted same thing) rather than the 2.38GB which is the right size apparently. I followed the link with the rebuilding n followed it carefully.
Any suggestions?

I used the patch off of PS2Ownz.com and it works perfectly. Just rename your iso and mds files, extract the patch to the same folder as your files, run the patch and it gives you a new iso to burn. Piece of cake.

Use the method posted on this thread:

http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/127255

It looks a bit hard but it is actually well easy and you cant go wrong as long as you do it as it exactly states.

I tried that medthod. Still having problems. My file size drop from 2.3GB to 1.99GB after combining the .000 and .001 files. Can some post the order in which to put the files? I've tried tons of combinations, and none seem to work.

i got 1.99Gb the forst time but that because i didnt place the files into CDDVDGEN into the correct order (when u open the ISO originally in ISObuster, follow that order from top to bottom). I did say follow the guide carefully as it does mention to put it in the correct order or it wont work correctly.

gud luck

still no luck. the folder size of the extracted iso is 2.38, but only adds up to 1.99 with the star.iso. can you email me your image if you still have it?

The Final size I got is 2,033,869 after using the patch from DVDRick, I can't tell you if it works, because I have recieved my swap magic 3.3 and my SLIM TOOL set for my PSTwo.

I finally got NBA Street volune 3 to work, You need these three things:
1.- DVD Decrypter to create image.
2.- Iso Buster to extract the image to your hard drive in a folder.
3.- And I used Nero to burn the extracted files, but make sure you burn an image file to your hard drive first and select udf/iso option and uder the udf tab check the box in there for dvd compatibility.
4.-And finally use Nero again to burn the iso that you just created.
