My neighbor had the same problem. We were burning some data files with Nero, and it all completed without any errors, and no errors on log, but there was nothing on the DVD. I even took the dvd to my house, and Window Explorer indicated there was nothing on the disc.

I told him to take the burner back, he did, and they replaced it with a new one, with no explanation, except that it did not work.

Regards,

Rich
