someone told me that told him,that told him that told him, that the new gta for ps3 will most likely be set in las vegas and it was going to be called gta:sin city ,but i just heard no official source here.

GTA 3 was based on New York GTA Vice City was Florida and GTA San Andreas was based on California. So that's enough of America lets move on ohh lets say Europe. But the people at R* are American so I dont think that will happen. Even though it is a good idea to actually move on to different environments e.g. a jungle,beat-up streets,animals and small children rather then just adults walking the streets. But if GTA keeps making games they will get boring so they should make one last super GTA game based on most of the world and I don't care how long it takes but the quality of the game.

Good point on saying that GTA will get boring after a while. Too many of them can water down the series, though it would be nice to look forward to another GTA now and then. I really love the stories in all of them. I'm thinking that the next big innovation would just be to make a movie or something.

Ya exactly they should make a movie involving all of the GTA character cast the mute Tommy and CJ. Or if they decide to make another game they should add one more island and keep the old ones so the game makes a total of 4 island the gta3 vice city and San Andreas. new missions and you can chose to play as one of the 3 guys. Or if they whant to keep the game interesting and addictive they should make a MMORPG (massive multy playing online role playing game) game so you can make a character and purchase real estate and vetches and make sure nobody steals them. And if you do bad things like kill people and steal cars you should go to jail if the cops catch you. So you know that you will spend like 10 hours in jail witch makes it funner. Rather then not giving a s*** if your going to jail or not like in the gtas

The movie idea's good, the MMORPG idea's sort of... and the extra island idea would be nice, but that could only work in Liberty City since in vice city and san andreas we went to all the islands that there were in the game. In LC there was always that mysterious unfinished tunnel.

well i live in Florida and Vice City was just a part of Florida(Miami)but it was mostly based on the movie ScarFace but I would like to see a GTA a Europe even though they already have one out GTA London but still another one wold be great.

Screw Gta our gAME for the ps3 is going to kick ass, its setr in Dublin,Ireland and this is full city over 1000km2 and no you'd see more Gtaesque things in Dublin than new York ye know the druugies an all, And this has over 700 real cars all in High-Def, Sure its only one city and the surrounding countryside but its 13 times bigger than San andreas and its been in development for 4 years now. It should be released before 2009 and when it does its going to be one of the best games ever made with over 7 years dev time, The website will be up soon so look out for news over the coming months.

...Really and my name is Mario Hephalump. I'm really looking forward to seeing this game that spent 7 years in dev time. Tell me, would they actually use real people instead of outdated 3D models?
But whatever the new GTA brings, I hope that it packs a good rag doll physics engine (Think Max Payne 2 and Havok)

yes another gta would be good, considering it will be on a next gen console. i also read on ign a few mounths ago that gta should be coming out on both ps3 and xbox 360 at the same time. if saints row is anything to go buy then i can safely say that the new gta should look fantastic.

i doubt it would come out same time for 360 and ps3 i think it would be more like the leftover system.
ps3 gets it and then months later 360 would get it, much like how it works with xbox and ps2

but i also read an acticle somewhere recently that m$ is trying hard to get gta as an exclusive game for the xbox 360, for at least one year, then it will go over to ps3. so if they are trying to do that then if R* turned this offer down then i would gues that the next best thing would be two come out at the same time.

Rockstar was under contract with sony whil they made gta for the ps2. So I don't know about the ps3.

gta gets too boring after a while. It's sooo repetative and the sequels in the games are just different characters with the same genral idea, ive been bored with gta since after i realized was vice city was the same game just new settings. Im interested in that saints row game, supposed to be the 360's exclusive attempt at gta but adding new plots and more intricate crimes like insurance fraud,robbing a bank whne the banks closed...stuff like that

Ya man my favorite game is the Grand Theft Auto even tho its boring...I think tha a nice and amazing way to improve the game would be if they made it into an MMORPG game set in the world of Grand Theft Auto.
-One of the things that you would do is get together with your friends and rob banks and hi-jack planes with other ppl in them.
-Also if you for example kill a person you should go to prison for 24 hours that might sound stupid and crazy but it makes your crimes more exiting!
-And the last thing that you should do is buy houses and sell houses with other ppl in the MMORPG world.
