man if that ever happend to any1 i knew i'd be first in line waiting for any1 after work... if it were me personally i'd keep my old sweetie from high school in the trunk (34/31 lousville slugger...sandy), then i'd beat the f*ck'n piss outta him n stroll into work the next day, when informed about the co-worker, i'd reply you sure thats true and not just hear-say??? but i dont have kids and prolly not as much to lose :(
all and all man it may not feel like the right thing or really good but most any rational person would say you did the right thing considering your situation...hopefully theres not a next time for you but if there is and you know its a problem, carry a tape recorder of some sort for justification.
btw steriods are not an ans to any of life's problems, unless under treatment from a doctor OR if you have a small member, steriods will shrink your balls, and the smaller the potatoes..the bigger the steak looks***

i kinda have the same problem BUT its a female causing me the problems she likes to pick fights with me yells and screams and throws a fit i dont really respone to her and I keep my cool as shes calling me names and giving me the finger.then she goes and tells on me and lies about it all . she does it all the time and gets away with because shes a girl and iam a guy so i figure iam in a no win problem , iam really tried of it . any ideas all??

Fair enough, but that sh@te only works in a one off situation caused by stress or something like that... When we're talking about a bully that does it repeatedly that just feeds their attitude!
Wait for her to try to rattle you around and then kinda accidentally leave the camera-phone on video... That would keep her on her toes after the kiss and tell...

@aaabbbcccddd maybe shes playing hard to get or shes an immature little brat.you could always take some pics of her with a mobile phone edit a paris hilton video and make it look like shes made a sex video and show it to the bosses.rat poison can work if you use enough of it.slip a few sedatives in your drank and when she passes out at work shes sure to get fired.
@darthnip killing isn't the answer leaving them physically handicapped is probably worse.maybe im a sicko but thats my opinion.

I haven't read thru this whole post yet, but i like darthnips idea. Yeah, you said you would never use violence, but unless you are a good bluffer, sometimes it is needed. Particularly if something of yours is in jepordy. Like your life, or even your job. The smart way to do it is like someone posted, get him to swing at you in front of very credible witnesses. Since you dont like violence, buy some good running shoes and be ready to run like the wind :). People will walk all over you in life with a attitude like that Ghandi.. I learned very early in life how to handle bullys, and verbal bullys can easily progress to physical ones. You do just like dathnip said, but in my case it was a 2x4 he he.. Way i look at it, a bully likes the odds in their favor. They pick on smaller weaker types to make themselves feel good. Nothing like a crack upside the head with a 2x4 to make a big bully realize that little kid just knocked his ass out. Even stopped being a bully after that. I kinda made him loose face :) .
Really would like to have some witty clever plan for you, but you probably would be offended by the "real worldness" of it all. My real sympathy goes out to you and your family. Sometimes you have to be strong for the whole family. Comes with the title DAD. As long as you dont spend lots of prison time, and the guy leaves you alone, your doing good. A real good "im one crazy MF and you better not mess with me" bluff could work if you did it right. Even scare yourself with what you say. For that tactic i would suggest wearing the running shoes, and doing this one in private. Good time to have a metal flashlight with you just in case your animal side takes over and you wind up wanting to beat the piss out of this skumbag. They are even better than 2x4's.. no splinters and makes a better WHACK sound :)

Yeah, female bullys are a little bit more delicate if your a guy. You could always find some female gang members, pay them to do x amount of damage to her, and then send flowers :). Your such a thoughtful co-worker to send flowers.. Hopefully not lillys .. Or, you could do a variation of darthnips rat poison, only slightly less lethal,, chocolate covered ball bearings in her lunch. Many places have a fridge for employees and where i once worked, someone was stealing lunches and eating them. Some un-known person left a "special lunch" for the theif. Chocolate covered ball bearings amongst other things. They look kinda like candy and you gotta keep em small to keep the weight down. Cracks a tooth with the first bite in most cases. Or so ive heard.. One of my favs is ipecac syrup in their coffie or soda.. You know, the stuff you buy to induce vomiting. Sold right out in the open in most stores... Instant blowing chunks.. Exlax cake is also a fun addition.. Or, you could get someone to imitate her on the phone, and call up the utilities for her house/apartment stating she is leaving on vaction and would like all utilities cut off.. Child molester posters with her name and pic on it might be going too far? as this one would instantly know who did it. Female gang members need work too. Fight fire with lots of fire.. :) Oh, and the camera phone video of her flirting with someone, sent to her hubby would be a great one. He may even do all the damage to her for you. Come out smelling like roses. Remember to send flowers again. :)
