i hook it up all the time, it doesnt do damage i dont see how as the psp is sending the signal and not recieving anything from the speaker jacks.

To get those newer games to run youll need the newer packs
they are available at ps2nfo

hi there again
ok i will be getting a 2 gb card after my exams so for now i think i will upgrade my psp again to 2.0 and when i get the card then ill downgrade again to play the iso of the games.
well my question is i have a SXT version changer in my mmc card. now to upgrade my psp to 2.00 i need to remove it
so 1 should i upgrade first and then remove the sxt
or 2 should i remove the sxt and then upgrade my firmware

ok for removing the sxt i should just delete the 2 files of sxt which i put in the game folder. or is there any other method of removing it?

You dont need to do anything to it you can delete it if you want but you dont have to.

What you want to check is if youve done the firmware change eg if you tricked the psp into thinking its higher firmware then you should restore the original. eg back to 1.5
Otherwise youll have np running the upgrades or downgrades

I have a Japanese PSP Version 2.60.
I don't have a clue what ISO files are although I think that they are games that you have downloaded and saved on memory stick to play.
Because I own a Version 2.60 PSP does that mean I have no hope in using ISO files?
