Lol don't worry about those, they're nothing. People just put that in their sigs. It's nothing harmful and won't do anything to your computer.

good, is SmartXX a good modding program? or what is it, cuz right now i'm frustrated about all this different stuff, i thought it would be a lot easier to softmod it than to install a chip, is it? cuz i'm savin' up for a chip now, i know chips are more expensive, but i don't have a lan cable, a router, nuthin', but i'm a determined mother fucker, so which is easier?

i got another site, here's the link http://www.extreme-mods.com/xbox-c.html take a look for yourself they have a lot of good-lookin light and console upgrades, they do seem a little more expensive but it looks like there's some more up-to-date stuff on there, and which chip would u recommend, from euther site

i've also downloaded some maps from some sites like halomods.com, but all of them say that they are corrupted when i try to extract the files, what's up with that?

It depends how good your soldering skills are, or you could always just get a mod-chip with a solderless adapter which makes it alot easier to install. If you were to get a chip I would recommend getting an Xcecuter 3,Xenium Gold, or the Smart XX 3. They are the lastest and best chips on the market. But you could always get the DuoX 2 which is a pretty good chip and is really cheap. It all depends on what you want to do with your xbox. Are you planning to upgrade the hard drive or anything?

No XBMC will be fine. I think it's a pretty good deal if you really want a lcd screen. You might want to find out if extreme-mods is a good and reliable place to buy from.

that's understadable, but does divineo have lcd screens? and this one site that i was on, i can't think of the name for it, it had links to divineo, extreme-mods, and xbox-hq, and that seems to be a lot easier of a way to figure out which version my xbox is, thanks

I'm not sure if Divineo has lcd screens because I didn't see any.. And for extreme-mods I think I've seen the ad before on xbox-scene.

that's where i found it, and are there any other rhings i should get with the Xecutioner3.0, and do any modding chips u know of that conflict with each other, will it conflict if i softmod and get a chip?

you don't need a softmodm if you are getting a chip
O the name of the chip is Xecuter 3 CE and that is what I highly reccomend getting.......If you don't know how to solder i would get the solderless adapter

Oh, sorry i took ages to reply, i didnt realise you replied about my sig lol. That is a little computer mind reading thingy. Visit the link underneath it to get your own version (danasoft.com) oh and by the way it is only a joke, your computer isnt infected lol. By the way, i have a question, seeing as your talking about modchips and what not, i want to mod my xbox so that i can mod Halo 2 and stuff, now i am stuck bewteen the SmarXX V3 modchip and the Xecuter 3CE modchip, which one should i use?

tiny problem with FlashFXP got all the codes typed in into the xbox i'm practicing on, which i'm going to use as a big ass memory card, it's not softmodded yet, and i'm going to softmod it, until i get a chip, and it says "no route to host," and it sucks either way even if i can't get into the system i still want to make sure that everything i'm doing is being done right, thanx guys, u've been a big help, seriously
