nice, haha. i also knew how to go completely inivisable, weapons and all, in ut2003. it would only work if u could pick up guns because the class you switch to doesnt have a starting weapon, so u cant do instagib with it.
But they all do sort of the same thing, and that is rearrange what you thought was real, and they remind you of the beauty of very simple things. You forget, because youre so busy going from a to z, that theres 24 letters in between... You turn on... tune in... and you drop out...

but the resistance looks to be the most stellar launch title and will be the first to show off the ps3s online cababilities. and graphix. but i also feel that it could be like the next pdz a game with such high expectations that it could dissapoint us

ff13 wont be a launch title at all. it couldnt be. 12 issnt even out yet other than japan is it?

i read somewhere that ut2007 was pushed back to march but i dont know if its reliable.

and the ff13 release date in TBA. know oneknows. i doubt it will be done by x-mas. and what is with ff13 having 6 insallment?! wtf square! dont you remember your a$$ getting kicked with ffx-2. my god did that game ever suck the worst nutz in the world.i want one game per number, not 6.

12 will be on the ps2 but yea thanx for the link annubis i like that it says ff13 will be online and offline, but i hope they stick with turnbased stratagy.

as do i.My general thought is that its pretyt much an unofficial fact that ps3's games will cost arounnd $69.99 or more considering all the things said by sony such as the things in this article. If it was going to be $59.99 they would say that because that would sway more fans to wait for the much awaited ps3 arrival since they'd know they werent going to be raped on game prices.In the interview One of sony's cronies states games will likely be more than xbox 360's but not as crazy as $99.99 thats leaving a big window open now isnt it???

the comment does leave the door pretty open as far as game pricing. only thing i do not understand is why so many people make such a big deal...i mean i cannot be the only one who remembers back in the day when SNES games cost anywhere from $50-$70USD. i realize cartidges probably cost more than CD/DVDs, but Blu-ray being the new format that it is, i don't think its unreasonable to ask UP TO $69.99 for a game. anything higher than that and i'll simply wait some games out.
the xbox 360 uses the same old format for their games, yet they still carry a HIGHER price tag. so why would we have to pay more for games when the same games are available for both the PC/360 (cheaper for the PC), plus the numerous comments about the ease of development(360), and there is not an OVERWHELMINGLY visual difference between the two???

i also think its fair to argue that given the pricing for the ps3, it probably could/will hurt sony down the road if they do so choose to sell games at a higher price.

There are some valid points in there HADE my buddy, actually a lot of them. I dont play PC games too much so i didnt know the graphics were similiar to the 360 but in that case with whats said about the ps3 looking similar to the 360 that makes even less sense to charge more for the games solely because of the new format.OH boy do i remember the days of the high priced games of n64 which was a sad time for me because i loved that console but absolutely HATED paying so much so thats why i personally care so much about the potential price hike for the ps3 games but in the end it matters not to me because im not getting one.But i surely know what you mean about MS charging more for the new games and in essence it makes sense for them sense theres a big leap in graphics from the last two consoles and all but froma consumer standpoint they are just exploiting the quality issue and getting over on us. I mean it costs them no more to make the game i think, the only thing i could say is maybe its harder to develop for. I know they are huge on saying with the tools MS provides its easy to develop but maybe that comment is made in comparison to otehr consoles...either way i agree with what you said about that HADE im just throwing some ideas out in an attempt to surmise a valid reason of why MS is charging more but i guess there isnt one besides greed.
If it were about ease to develop for as well then by what this fellas saying ps2 games would be more expensive than ps3. I mean the new format of ps3 should raise the price but the ease to develop for should lower the pain and even it all out if whats said in this article is true

P.S i may be a sony antagonist but you guys know you love the knock down drag out "brawls" we have and its all in good fun.Besides debating is healthy and i own up when im incorrect so its not like my information is incorrect on alot of the issues.

do you honestly think they would consider even going over $60? i dont. its downrght ignorent to have such a large game price gap increase.

i could see certain games being priced over the 60 dollar mark(exclussives)....i am hoping that games that are multi-platform are competitively priced. like i said earlier, 360 games are more expensive than PC games....so i don't think its safe to say the same won't happen with ps3/360 games.

I cant wait until you have to eat your words. You believe some of what sony says as the gospel and dismiss whatever negative information you deem necessary to do so. Yes i think they could sell games at over $60 or else he wouldnt of even brought it up and he would have assured his customers of the $59.99 price tag and that could have kept people waiting for the ps3. With the high price tag rumor in the air and sony somewhat confiriming it there will be people who just pick up the cheaper and what has been decsribed as similar in all aspects xbox 360. E3 showed people that the ps3 looks great but so does the 360,the difference in graphics,power, etc. is only a potential thing. Sony has tons of potential that people feel will never be reached and MS has less top end poetential but they feel they will maximize the 360's capabilities.We'll just have to wait and see but when a top sony fella says the games could be priced over $60 of course i think they might do it...
one more question if the games are priced over the infamous $60 are you going to still buy them? if so whats your ceiling price?

they need to make a $60 price points for games other wise that will be another thing ms has over sony, and sony can afford to take the loss cause they will make their money on bluray movies

multiplatform games i'd probably stick to buying the PC version, with a few exceptions like Madden. i'd pay as high as $70 for a new game that is exclussive to the ps3. of course there are always going to be people who run out and buy all the new games regardless of price. im sure ebay/electronics boutique/gamestop..etc will have an array of used games, so considering what they would resell them for, im sure people could always wait some games out....it would not be the first time games surpassed the $60 mark, its just been awhile....

if they did charge more, like these guys above said, 70 for exclusive if its a game that dominates all life. but 60 for multy platformers, exclusives that re ok. maybe they could even charge 50 for 1st party titles, but i wouldnt mind 60. sony cannot take a hit like this. if everything is a well bit more expensive they cant expect to win this.
