ok the imei under the battery and when you put *#06# into the phone says 355006006798365 i found this phone with a t mobile sim card in it, and it operates with the card (i found out that the service on the sim card was canceled but i have tried it with other t mobile sim cards and the phone works perfectly) the phone was purchased in the u.s. and the model is a nokia 3220b (RH-49) im trying to switch it to cingular and when i put a singular sim card in it and hit undo and then enter the code and say ok it was that the phone is restricted

Your IMEI # relates to the following

SunCom
Cellular One
T-Mobile
Cincinnati Bell Wireless

Also, Canada (Rogers Network)

This code is correct but if it is a T-Mobile RH-49 with that IMEI, they are very difficult to unlock.

You will have to insert a non accepted sim, press undo, enter the code and press OK but I'm sure too many codes have been tried and most likely before you ever got the phone. Some 3220's never say "can not undo restrictions" they will always say "phone restricted" which also means it's hardlocked. You can check the link below if you would like to send it in for unlocking.

ok it says phone restricted again which must mean its hardlocked, let me know if ther is anything else i can do. i found this phone on the side of the road, and was jst wanting to put it to use
