Remove sim first, power on the phone.
After the phone boots up, press #
Press * 3 times fast for (p)
Press * 4 times fast for (w)
Press * 2 times fast for (+)
Verify code before pressing the last #.
"Phone restrictions off", it's unlocked!
Only try the codes once and once only!!!
Please remember you only get 3-5 attempts before your mobile becomes hardlocked.
If you have already tried different codes before mine your mobile could already be hardlocked.
If you mobile is hardlocked you will get this message "Phone restriction on" the only way to unlock it is by taking it to a professional unlocker.
Here is your code: #pw+185394100355305+7# try this one first
or this one if the code above does not work #pw+095503310367612+1#

If your mobile is not hardlocked! Try putting a non-accepting sim card in, hit UNDO, enter the codes provided above, then OK.

If the phone does say phone restricted you have not hardlocked your phone, so do not enter any more codes.

they are the same codes. I only have one more code, but I do not want to be the blame for your mobile being hardlocked, so use at your own risk.

I have asked my mate to have a look but he is not online yet. So if you do not mind waiting, try later.

You should make sure what sim will work in the phone. That IMEI you're showing doesn't look like one that would be with T-Mobile. The link above on entering a non accepted sim is how it should be done but you really need to make sure of the network it's locked to. When you put a sim in and it says "phone restricted, what network sim is it from?
