Thats what i do with games that i usally dont know about and are new to the gamer market. (as in there were no sequels or prequaly added yet). But i trust final fantasy its a good make and a good company.

i'll probably play it cuz its ff, but if its not so good and the next few blow like it, then im out of the series to come for good.
i miss the style of cutscenes from that of ff9.
But they all do sort of the same thing, and that is rearrange what you thought was real, and they remind you of the beauty of very simple things. You forget, because youre so busy going from a to z, that theres 24 letters in between... You turn on... tune in... and you drop out...

Did any one see the new ff movie they released? I own it and watched it many times. I really enjoyed the movie. (Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children.)

The cut sences were good in ff9 as in 7 as well.

I to am a long time FF fan but after squaresoft became square-enix nothing good has really came out they are killing the FF name by making all kinds of spin-off and with the main man Hironobu Sakaguchi gone the stories suck, Nobuo Uematsu has left as well and now the music sucks aswell
The real new FF will be made by the new company mistwalker ..they just won't be called FF anymore

Good games still came out after they changed there names. Those so called spin offs are good such as kingdom heats 1 and 2 are very well done. square-enix and even the old sqaresoft never made that many games. They made very fe and most of them are great such as the final fantasy series and kingdom hearts series.

i beg to differ
KH 1&2 are the only good games that come out with the SE name, but KH came out while it was still Squaresoft and the KHII was already being planed soon after, before the change
there is no way in hell you can say that X-2 is a game that deserves the FF name,FULLMETAL ALCHEMIST,MUSASHI,SaGa games(the new ones),they all suck big time,and we don't need to know what happend before FFVII and after it too. the games ending was fine there was no need to add more to it in doing so they mess it up "If its not broke don't fix it"
why because the whole point was always to start fresh with new, characters,story,plot,etc.
What i am getting at is square just doesn't have it anymore there not what they use to be.
I am more then sure that after mistwalker start making games they will be just like the old square soft games Great ones

Thats only three titles that were not the greatest but i think full metal alchemist was a unigue game. So maby MUSASHI and SaGa games sucked. But like i said before they make very few and the ones they do are mostley, mainly or are good, great, excellent, superb.

Oh and get this kingdom hearts was infact made by sqauresoft. Goood game good company. the second made by square-enix and guess what its better then kh 1. So looks like square-enix has better games then sqauresoft. Hey i know what you mean X-2 dosent seem like a ff (still good game though). I think sqauresoft is a good company. But square-enix is a good company. They probably just changed their name. with afew people that dont work their any more. And afew new people.

No i ment by saying that square-enix has somebetter games then sqauresoft. Sqauresoft as well has some better games then square-enix. Im just saying overall square-enix isint completly worse then Sqauresoft cause square-enix has SOME better games.
And thats pretty cool i never new that Square-Enix is the merger of two software companies Squaresoft and Enix. Wouldent you think with two companies it would be better since theres more people making the game(s).

Ok i see. Has any one saw the final fantasy movie called Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. I've seen it and i must say its quite brilliant the graphics (cynimatics) and all.

They are. But some how its just so unbelievably good. If you ignore all of this disney and childish in the game then you will find the games a good make. Even though it may be childish and too disney.

Yeah really it is for all adges like i guess the young adges would like the game for all the disney and kidish stuff. But then older people would like it more for gameply and graphics wise and other things like that.

Hahaha you know what i really want. Like a M rated version or at least tean were there was blood and stuff that would be cool. And then if thats enough there should be a glith in the game were you could shoot goofy with a shotgun and in his little pethetic annoying voice say "soraarraraaa whyay' shot'a me ununununugugng". <---Now thta would be cool.

I dont think KH series are childish at all. The story line is quite complex and i doubt a child could complete both games and fully understand the story. The disney characters are merely for the sake of art, combining japanese characters with american characters, disney and FF. Its a perfect mix imo since most american rpgs suck ass. Its like the best of both worlds. If KH was disney only then thats a different story.
PS3...it only does everything(that Sony allows it to)
