I hope its not the final one in it's series. Because they can keep on making up new story's and characters. But if it is the final one there better be spin offs! (and so on)

Things could change between now and when the game comes out. Remember how many different times RE4 changed before the final version.
Dont let the door hit you on the way out, beacause I dont want ass prints on my new door!

i doubt it because that nd ff series or the 2 competitors nd i think 4 was pretty easier then the originals nd did u relize that around the same time 4 came out so did 0

You may also recognize the footage from the past when resident evil 4 was first announced. Leon holding a flashlight, graphics look much better, zombies, a close incounter mechanic, killer chucky dolls.

Not to mention that resident evil 4 improved a lot when it came on the ps2 version when comparing it to the gamecube version.

u never kno that may be the next re but capcom normally switches up the characters like with re1 it was jill re2 claire,leon re3 jill again re4 leon but in between those was re0 that had billy,rebecca nd the code veronica series that was just claire but who knos

yea itll probably have at least a few new characters nd introduce them so they could be used later in the re series

Yeah from the screenshots I?ve seen from resident evil 5 I have only seen one character and the character look's new to the series.

As far as rumors for RE5 go, the main character will be Mr. Death, AKA Hunk according to some, and the brother of Luis Sera according to others, but the most amusing one to me would be that the main character would be Carlos From RE3.

Well, as i stated, they are rumors... also, i did imply it seemed funny that people suggested it would Carlos, as it indeed looks nothing like him.

the most rediculus one Ive heard is that the character in the video is Krauser.(Yeah, I actually heard people on message boards say that)
Well this game will defiantely be about Umbrella's rival corporation. Just in case some of you havent played Resident Evil code veronica, there is another corporation that was in competition with Umbrella. It is this new organization that Wesker works for and in Resident Evil 4 two of this organizations members were sent in, Ada Wong and Jack Krauser whom both follow Wesker. They were sent in to get a sample of an ancient parasite known as "Las Plagas". The rise of a new umbrella will definately be on the horizon in RE5.
and yes as I stated before many, many rumors about how this character is wheter its, carlos, Criss, Hunk, Tofa(I hope I spelled it right), or billy coen.

well the funny thing is that wesker is the leader and in the next one you should fight ada but krauser isnt necessary dead says message boards is us.playstation.com and the company wesker has isnt intrigued in zombie like umbrella there going for higher stakes thats why the took the parasite so they shall fuse it with the ancient T virus who knows what this mutant shall be in the next one it supposely follows you out through the whole game like nemesis did well just have to wait though

Well the graphics will probably improve a lot since resident evil 3 so maybe it's a better designed Carlos. But I don?t think so...

yes! its alive, its alive. Could you guys imagine if nemesis was brought back with the Plaga sample in RE5. Man Krauser is one resiliant b#st#rd, I hope he makes a comeback in RE5. Hey, they should bring back S.T.A.R.S.

yea leon he was good even in 2 i dont know if they have any images though how the tyrant or nemesis looks with the plagas what would be nice though if they had 2 stories like resident evil 2 had so it will be leon and carlos/new guy (just a thought)

Ha wouldent it be cool if every main character in all the resident evil's came back to kill zombies. And you could choose any one of them and/or have a second player choose one as well. Fat chanse that would never happen. Be cool if it did later on like "resident evil UNITES".

No or they could do somthing really outrages like this " Im Leon I'm in resident evil 4 I hunt zombies want to team up?" "Sure I'm a zombie hunter too!" And they should mak eit really cheasy like I just did. That way they dont have to try hard.

or they can make an excellent spinoff for resident evil and call it resident evil x and have it for psp and it will come up the same day as resident evil 5

Or you could just pick any character and thye dont team up and each person has an individual storyline. That would be neat.
