Well that certainly looks purrtyy. And 36 USD is nice to boot. Though I think the 50 Verbatim DVD+Rs will last me until Blu-ray or HD-DVD burners settle in. (I bought a 100 pack of CD-Rs during the CD-R age and I still have a good lot of them left over ^^) If my drive stops working for some reason I'll look into that Benq drive though!
You might try resetting the eeprom on your drive. Back when I was using my litey SOHW-1633S, I was having playback issues with verbatim 8x dvd+r's (mcc003's) untill I reset the eeprom. yea back in feb when i got my burner i thought i would never use up 50 dvd's. never ever thought i would see burning a 100 but im getting close to 300 now..lolthis stuff is addictive. might need to see a shrink(dvd)lol no pun intended...
