no one has yet answered why all games are not 1080p. ho0w hard can this be to implement? maybe it takes a little more time doing high res textures and stuff so it takes a little more money.
But they all do sort of the same thing, and that is rearrange what you thought was real, and they remind you of the beauty of very simple things. You forget, because youre so busy going from a to z, that theres 24 letters in between... You turn on... tune in... and you drop out...
My opinion is that 360's upcoversion is going to be a upconversion of the 1080i, like the early HDTV. There were a lot of these supposed to be 1080p but weren't full 1080p like they are now and that's where ms will see that they can make more money because it will be cheaper then to go back and reformat everygame out now then to just say 1080p upconversion soon available.
I remember when people would say ps2 suck because you to extra accesories to get online, also the hard drive, and memory card to save games etc. Now the tables have turned 360 will now do the same, with the ps3 all in one package.
but that doesnt change the fact that most 360 games are 720p, upscaled to 1080i. to go thru another conversion would lose alot of quality. so it just upconverts all the 720p into 1080p. upscaling causes a decent loss in the shapness of a picture as compared to a real res, especially using the lower res textures.

Amen bro i've been saying this for a long time on this site now. When Sony did this people rip them to not end.But when MS does it,great idea.. or freedom of choice...lol what so great about MS chargeing you for add-on that they could have had during launch of there console. But they rushed it.This is not a bash against MS because i have one but im not to happy about buying a add-on and also downloading a patch to get my games upscaled to 1080i or 1080p.Also not haveing alot of play back on my X-BOX 1 games.
